Before we assign newly hired personnel to a client’s site, our ITP team complete a thorough screening process. This includes; reviewing and verifying the candidates professional history and having an Australian Federal Police (AFP) conducted background check completed.
Our goal is to make sure all of our applicants have a suitable background and experience for security work. While we conduct extensive background checks as the foundation for our process, choosing the right person for the right account is one of the keys to our success in exceeding the expectations of our clients.
